Description of job position
- Organizing production based on monthly and annual production plans submitted to the company's management.
- Making plans in accordance with the business strategy of the company.
- Ensuring the implementation of plans guided by individual production plants or subordinate technical services, such as quality control, development service, maintenance service and occupational safety service by entrusting work tasks to individual executors.
- Organize the flow of production documentation and propose, implement and monitor the implementation of organizational regulations.
- Solve ongoing professional issues to keep the plant running continuously, safely and efficiently.
